Certificate in Corporate Governance Examination [INVITATION ONLY]

You have received this invitation because you have successfully completed all 4 modules of the Certificate in Corporate Governance and were awarded a PASS grade in the Reflective Practice Assignment.

This final assessment will be in the form of an in person multiple choice examination. 

The examination will be approximately 90 minutes long. 

Examination rules

The use of electronic equipment capable of being programmed to hold alphabetic or numeric data and / or formulae is forbidden.

Access to the internet or other data sources is forbidden.

Candidates are permitted to make rough notes on paper provided in the examination room.

Candidates are not permitted to remove any papers including the examination paper from the examination room.

Candidates may not leave the examination room in the first 45 minutes.
