Description

The T&T Corporate Governance Code consists of Principles, Recommendations, and Guidance. Companies that adopt the Code as their Corporate Governance standard are required to report if and how they have applied the Principles and Recommendations.

The Code specifies the Corporate Governance dimensions that also need to be disclosed in the Annual Report.

This workshop provides examples and guidance for what reporting is expected and reviews local and international examples for how this can be accomplished efficiently and effectively.
